This event has ended.
Over the past two years, the dynamics of our lives have been upended and reorganized in ways we once could not have imagined. Priorities have shifted, chest-up engagements became a new norm, and our lifestyle habits slid towards an extra glass of this and an extra helping of that. And although it may not have been our most pressing concern, our style playbooks were rewritten during this period. Comfort became of paramount importance and tailoring was replaced by pieces that were a tad more forgiving and looked less incongruous in the home office. But now that we’re all recalibrating to a new normal, the question is: What are we wearing? To answer that, we welcome some of the foremost authorities on men’s style as they delve into all the ways the style playbook has been reordered and point the way to where the story’s headed next. Leading the conversation will be Jay Fielden, whose storied editorial career saw him rise from the offices of The New Yorker to Editor in Chief roles at Men’s Vogue, Town & Country, and Esquire; Tom Kalenderian, chairman of Zegna USA and the former longtime head of Menswear for Barneys New York; and Justin Berkowitz, Men’s Fashion Director for Bloomingdale’s.
