This week, we’re thrilled to be featuring Tequila Komos, a brand that is redefining ultra-luxury tequilas. Komos, which launched in 2021, sources its agave from the highlands of Jalisco, which is then roasted and fermented before being aged for 12 months in French oak white wine barrels, an unorthodox and nuanced approach for this budding brand. Tequila Komos offers four expressions: Reposado Rosa, Añejo Cristalino, Añejo Reserva and Extra Añejo.So, join us this Thursday, and then weekly through May, as we toast our community on the second-floor terrace and enjoy delightful bites from Chef Michele and Chef Giuseppe.
